How do I place an order?

  1. Tap the “Shop Now” button.

  2. Browse and select your preferred products, then add them to your cart.

  3. Review your cart, check the box to accept the terms and conditions, and proceed to checkout.

  4. Confirm your order details, select your delivery and payment options, then click “Place Order.”


Is it safe and secure to shop online?

Absolutely! Our system is designed with your safety in mind. All personal information is kept secure and will never be shared with third parties.


Do you have retail stores?

Mrs. Garcia’s does not operate retail outlets of its own. However, our products are available in leading supermarkets and convenience stores nationwide.


What areas do you deliver to?

Mrs. Garcia's Cebu Shipping uses Cebu Postal Codes to determine shipping rates.

How much is the shipping fee?

Cebu

  • FREE Shipping for orders ₱2,500 and above

  • ₱149 Delivery Fee for orders within 7km of our Fulfilment Center

  • ₱299 Delivery Fee for orders within 15km of our Fulfilment Center


When will my order arrive?

  • For Cebu: Orders placed before 1:00 PM are eligible for same-day delivery. Orders placed after 1:00 PM will be delivered the following day.

What if I’m not available to receive my package?

You may assign a representative (relative, friend, household member, or guard) to receive your package. If no one is available, your items will be returned to our warehouse. Please note that a re-delivery fee will apply.


Can I send an order as a gift?

Yes! Simply enter the recipient’s shipping address and mobile number during checkout.


How do I know if my order went through?

Once checkout is completed, you’ll receive an order confirmation via email (if you provided an email address and selected email notifications).


What if there’s an issue with the item I received?

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. If you receive an item that is incorrect, damaged, or does not meet your expectations, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order to request a return, replacement, or refund.

To help us resolve your concern quickly, kindly provide:

  • Your Order Number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • Clear photos of the item (if damaged or incorrect)

Important Notes:

  • Requests made beyond the 7-day return period may no longer be accommodated.

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, only items returned in their original condition will be eligible for replacement or refund.

  • Certain promotions may not be combined with other offers or discounts.
